St. Andrew's Children and Family Ministry

Dear Families,

Just a quick note as I am in Virginia at a conference learning all sorts of stuff I can take back with me to help enrich our program and support you all.

Sunday School is in session this week, so join us as we continue our People of Color Who Inspire series with a story about Harriet Tubman.

Have a great week!

Much Love, -Erin
O God, whose Spirit guides us into all truth and makes us free: Strengthen and sustain us as you did your servant Harriet. Give us vision and courage to stand against oppression and injustice and all that works against the glorious liberty to which you call all your children; through Jesus Christ our Savior, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
This Week in Sunday School

Sunday School continues our series of People of Color Who Inspire with a story about Harriet Tubman who was often called the Moses of her people. Don't miss next week when we tell the remarkable story of Congressman John Lewis.

To make sure you are in the know about all things Sunday School, including this year's enrichment opportunities, please register. Even if you're not sure you can make it on a regular basis, registration helps us plan and keep your children in the loop for special activities. You can fill out online registration here or you can print out this PDF and give it to me at church.

Gratitude

"Gratitude …
looks like a floor strewn with legos, scraps of paper and markers across the table, and shoes scattered by the front door."
