After much prayer and discussion with our leadership team including our staff and board of trustees, we have decided that it is important for us to respect the nature of the Coronavirus and the efforts to deal with it appropriately. As a result we are taking the unprecedented action of cancelling all events, classes, and Sunday Services until Easter Sunday, April 12
. By practicing social distancing and excellent sanitary procedures in the broadest sense possible, we are giving our North Idaho communities the best chance of moving through this experience quickly and completely. We must do our part.
You will be able to tune in on our livestream at
on Sunday at 10 am and listen to a weekly meditation and Sunday Lesson as always, and we will be here to pray with you and serve you in whatever way we can. If you are in the high-risk group and need some help with groceries or other needs, please let us know and our in-reach team will respond.
I know how difficult this is right now, and we are doing this not out of fear, but out of respect for our medical professionals, our congregation, and others who are guiding us on this unexpected journey. We know that Spirit is in charge and this is an opportunity to appreciate our life in new ways. Perhaps it is a time for reflection and contemplation about the blessings in life. It certainly is a time of prayer as we adjust our thoughts and attitudes to this new experience.
As always, I am here to serve you and should you need any support please feel free to call me directly. As I consciously affirm in these circumstances, “I am in the flow of I don’t know, but God Does”.
Thank you for your continued support of this ministry.
