The CrossOver Prayer Breakfast gathers CrossOver’s faith partners to deepen their engagement with CrossOver. Local clergy from partnering communities offer prayers for CrossOver’s patients and personnel, and attendees learn how their congregations help to make compassionate healthcare possible for our neighbors.
We're grateful to the faith communities who have partnered alongside us long term. Through the volunteerism and spiritual and financial support of these institutions, CrossOver is able to deliver compassionate, comprehensive healthcare services to more than 6,600 of our low-income, uninsured and medically underserved neighbors each year.
HOPE church's discipleship pastor, Dan Yoon describes why HOPE joined CrossOver last year as a faith partner saying, "We were thrilled to establish a partnership with CrossOver, a local organization that is committed to addressing the healthcare needs of the underserved right within our own communities. It was a natural fit, as both CrossOver and HOPE have the desire to share God's heart with others through expressions of compassion, excellence, and effectiveness."
CrossOver faith partners are key to our ongoing mission of offering compassionate healthcare to uninsured and Medicaid patients in the greater Richmond region. We welcome those in leadership roles, on mission councils as well as any individuals interested in learning more about how their church can become involved to join us at the breakfast.
