Exodus 17:5-6 - The LORD said to Moses, "Go on ahead of the people and take some of the elders of Israel with you; take in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile and go. I will be standing there in front of you on the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it, so that the people may drink." Moses did so, in the sight of the elders of Israel.

Psalm 95 - The rock of our salvation

O come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! For the LORD is a great God and a great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also. The sea is his, for he made it, and the dry land, which his hands have formed. O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker! For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand. O that today you would listen to his voice! Do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, as on the day at Massah in the wilderness, when your ancestors tested me and put me to the proof, though they had seen my work. For forty years I loathed that generation and said, "They are a people whose hearts go astray, and they do not regard my ways." Therefore, in my anger I swore, "They shall not enter my rest."

Palm Sunday Lunch - On behalf of the Social Committee and Session, we want to invite everyone to join us on Palm Sunday for lunch at Poor Richard’s Cafe at noon after church. Whoever wants to come, please come and enjoy that time of fellowship with each other. It will be pay for yourself. We’ll have a signup sheet out in the narthex this Sunday and for the two following Sundays, so sign up to let us know you will be coming. We have to let Poor Richard’s know how many are coming by March 28th, 2026. We’d love to see everyone there and have a good time as a church family.
