Sunday of Divine Mercy
In a series of revelations to St. Maria Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s, our Lord called for a special feast day to be celebrated on the Sunday after Easter. Today, we know that feast as Divine Mercy Sunday, named by Pope St. John Paul II at the canonization of St. Faustina on April 30, 2000. All are invited to join Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament's Marian Prayer Group for the Divine Mercy Holy Hour at 2:30pm on Sunday, April 16th at Queen of the Rosary Church.

At the Movies with the Men's Group
Join us Monday April 17th for the 7:00pm showing of Nefarious at the Marcus Theater in Addison. This is a spiritual thriller in the horror/suspense genre about the clash of good versus evil in today's society. The R rating is based on some intense scenes. There is no blood/guts and no swear words, but some content may be too intense for young or sensitive viewers. We will meet at Culver's following the movie for fellowship for those who would like to discuss the movie.
A block of tickets have been secured. Suggested donation of $15 per ticket. Please meet Peter Meister in the lobby by 6:45 for your ticket. Your donation can be made to him or the parish office (please mark donations turned into the parish "Nefarious").
