ST. IRENE’S PHILOPTOCHOS ANNUAL EASTER FLOWERS APPEAL

All parishioners have received the St. Irene’s appeal letter and we ask that you be as generous as you have been in the past. Our goal is to adorn and beautify the church with flowers during Great Lent and Holy Week.  With your continued support, this goal will be achieved.  Thank you so much.

Please make your Easter Egg donation (hard-boiled & dyed red)

by signing the roster found next to kitchen wall.

RENOVATION COMMITTEE NEWS - The Renovation committee has been working hard these past few months. We have two sub-committees: Altar Expansion Project and Architecture. The PC recently approved a proposal to go ahead with the Altar Expansion project that includes a budget that does not exceed 30 thousand dollars. We would like to complete this project during the summer of 2023. Please look out for informational meetings that will explain the outline of this project. We hope to have a Special Assembly to approve this item in the next few months.

The Architecture committee is in the process of interviewing architects for the complete Renovation Project. Look for an announcement about our final choices.

For more information about these projects, please contact Jim Decoulos, Bob DeVasto, Alex Brown, or Bill Brown. For any further questions please contact Carol Bearse.

We look forward to hearing from you.

SUPPLIES FOR UKRAINE - In addition to the icons that we have collected – thank you all – additional necessities are needed.
