Pentecost Sunday

When the Wind Finds Its Song

Acts 2:1-12

This Sunday is Pentecost, the feast of the Spirit's coming like wind and fire. We celebrate God breathing life into the church and opening us to his presence in every language and life. The choir will sing Five Mystical Songs by Ralph Vaughan Williams, set to the poetry of George Herbert, and we’ll gather around Christ’s table to celebrate communion. Wear red, if you have it, as a sign of the Spirit’s flame among us.

9:15 a.m. – Chancel Choir Rehearsal | Sanctuary

10:00 a.m. – Worship | Sanctuary and Online

The Nursery opens at 9:30 a.m. for children ages 0-5.

Early Schoolers will meet in their classrooms at 9:45 a.m.

Children and Youth K-12 will start in Worship and then go to Sunday School

Colorado Heart Gallery: Meet Colorado’s Kids

See the Colorado Heart Gallery banner in the Link and the lower south Lobby and visit the websites, COLORADO HEART GALLERY and Raise The Future, to learn about children and youth across our state who are waiting for permanent, loving families through adoption. These two organizations work together to connect youth in foster care with caring adults who can become lifelong sources of stability, belonging, and support. We invite you to pause, learn their stories, and hold these young people in prayer.
