CREATION JUSTICE SUNDAY

APRIL 19, 2026

8:15 AM CHAPEL

10:30 AM SANCTUARY AND ONLINE

Creation Justice Sunday

Psalm 24:1, Genesis 1:31, Genesis 2:15, Psalm 104:14-21

Join us as our Climate Action Team (CAT) leads the 8:15 and 10:30 a.m. worship services. Together, we will be reminded that God calls humanity to be faithful stewards of the earth and that science – and the work of scientists – is an essential partner in this sacred responsibility. Through worship, prayer, and reflection, we will explore our deep interconnectedness with all of creation and listen again for God’s vision of wholeness for the world. In this service we will also bless scientists and those in science professions that work to understand and care for our world. Invite your scientist friends.

Capital Campaign Planning Study Starting May 11

For more than 160 years, our church has been a place of faith, welcome, and community. Recently, we have been reflecting on how we continue that legacy. To discern our next steps, we need your input. On May 11, we will begin a Planning Study that includes a survey of our congregation to identify your top priorities and to measure support for a potential capital campaign. We will keep you updated through the Weekly as we move forward, you can learn more here.

Thank you, Scientists!
