Hymn of Praise – Praise to the Lord, the Almighty v1,4,5 (UMH #139 )
Praise to the Lord, the Almighty,
the King of creation!
O my soul, praise him, for he is thy
health and salvation!
All ye who hear,
now to his temple draw near;
Praise Him in glad adoration.
Praise to the Lord, who doth nourish
thy life and restore thee,
Fitting thee well for the tasks that are
ever before thee.
Then to thy need
God as a mother doth speed,
Spreading the wings of grace o’er thee.
Praise to the Lord,
O let all that is in me adore him!
All that hath life and breath,
come now with praises before Him.
Let the amen
sound from his people again,
Gladly forever adore him.

(Psalm 118:24)

Prayer of Intercession
Prayer of Confession
Merciful God, we are humbled by your loving desire for humankind, revealed by Word and Spirit, with signs and wonders, all which point to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. We’ve experienced your power and presence, yet still struggle to live and believe the good news of Jesus Christ. Forgive us, Lord. Enter into our lives anew, meet us in our fears, and transform us through your Spirit such that Christ’s kingdom of mercy, justice and peace may be fulfilled. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Extending the Peace of Christ (Note: we will extend the Peace of Christ without physical contact.)

Hymn – Breathe on Me, Breath of God v1,2,3 (UMH #420)
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
fill me with life anew,
that I may love what thou dost love,
and do what thou wouldst do.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
until my heart is pure,
until with thee I will one will,
to do and to endure.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
till I am wholly thine,
till all this earthly part of me
glows with thy fire divine.

Hymn – My Hope is Built v1,2,3 (UMH #368)
My hope is built on nothing less
than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
but wholly lean on Jesus’ name.
On Christ the solid rock I stand,
all other ground is sinking sand;
all other ground is sinking sand.
When darkness veils his lovely face,
I rest on his unchanging grace.
In every high and stormy gale,
my anchor holds within the veil.
On Christ the solid rock I stand,
all other ground is sinking sand;
all other ground is sinking sand.
His oath, his covenant, his blood
support me in the whelming flood.
When all around my soul gives way,
he then is all my hope and stay.
On Christ the solid rock I stand,
all other ground is sinking sand;
all other ground is sinking sand.
