Hymn of Praise – Crown Him With Many Crowns, v1,2,4 (UMH #327)
Crown him with many crowns,
the Lamb upon his throne,
Hark! how the heavenly anthem drowns
all music but its own.
Awake, my soul, and sing of him
who died for thee,
and hail him as thy matchless King
through all eternity.
Crown him the Lord of life,
who triumphed o'er the grave,
and rose victorious in the strife
for those he came to save.
His glories now we sing, who died,
and rose on high,
who died, eternal life to bring,
and lives that death may die.
Crown him the Lord of love;
behold his hands and side,
those wounds, yet visible above,
in beauty glorified.
All hail, Redeemer, hail! For thou
hast died for me;
thy praise and glory shall not fail
throughout eternity.

Prayer of Intercession
Prayer of Confession
Amazing God, we are awestruck and overwhelmed by the depth of your love extended to us through Christ’s victory over sin and death. We are thankful, yet also startled by your presence in our lives, as fear and doubts often overtake our hearts. Forgive us, Lord, for the many times our apprehension and questions prevent us from being the living witnesses you desire. Open our minds to understand your ways, such that we may be instruments of your peace in a broken and hurting world, through Jesus Christ, our risen Lord. Amen.

Hymn – Breathe on Me, Breath of God, v1,2,3 (UMH #420)
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
fill me with life anew,
that I may love what thou dost love,
and do what thou wouldst do.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
until my heart is pure,
until with thee I will one will,
to do and to endure.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
till I am wholly thine,
till all this earthly part of me
glows with thy fire divine.

Hymn – God Will Take Care of You v1,2,4 (UMH #130)
Be not dismayed what-e’er betide,
God will take care of you;
Beneath his wings of love abide,
God will take care of you.
God will take care of you, through every day,
O’er all the way; he will take care of you,
God will take care of you.
Through days of toil when heart doth fail,
God will take care of you;
When dangers fierce your path assail,
God will take care of you.
God will take care of you,
through every day, o’er all the way;
he will take care of you,
God will take care of you.
No matter what may be the test,
God will take care of you;
Lean, weary one, upon his breast,
God will take care of you.
God will take care of you,
through every day, o’er all the way;
he will take care of you,
God will take care of you.
