Thoughts from the Director

Dear Families,

This is our last Sunday for the "program" year. Basically, it means that in September we take a break and re-launch, with some kids moving up to different classrooms when we resume in October. Based on the family luncheon we hosted in May, we will start implementing changes to our kids' program. Discussions are beginning on what this looks like. Our ultimate goal is more engagement and activities on a regular basis for our kids. Please keep your eye out for information and reach out if you have any questions or comments. We very much appreciate your feedback!

If you are not bringing your kids yet, we would love for them to visit us.

News and Notes

VBS, VBS, VBS!!!

We had such a blast with our ecumenical friends learning about other countries and religions. Our weeks change a bit each year but plan on VBS happening in week 2 or 3 of June next year. We usually set our dates in February.

Family Luncheon Updates:

Thank you to all who were able to come and talk about our children's program. Many ideas were given and Rev. Audrey and Chelsea will work through them as we find ways to engage our young ones. We appreciate your feedback and commitment. We will keep everyone updated as we progress.

Children's Chapel

We are talking about the Transfiguration, which as a Church we celebrate on August 6th. For us, our year-long discussion of Sacraments will begin with Baptism.
