Happy Summer, Lancer Families!
The 2025-26 school year has officially come to an end. What an amazing year it has been for Lancer Nation academically, athletically, and artistically.
First, congratulations once again to our Class of 2026 graduates! Yesterday's Graduation Ceremony was an outstanding celebration of our graduates as they now begin their next chapters in life after Sunny Hills. As we were preparing for graduation, our amazing Boys Golf Team was competing in the CIF Southern California Championship. The team won with an amazing 13-under score! Senior Cole Kim was the Individual Champion with a 9-under par! Both Cole and Jonathan Jeon helped the team win, and then made it to Graduation to get their diplomas! We are so proud of Coach Enrico and the entire team on their CIF win!
Next, with final exams done for our freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, they have completed their year and are on to the next year of high school. As we head into the summer, here are a couple of reminders:

Next week is the start of Summer School. Students who registered for summer classes should have received an email about their classes, but they can also check Aeries under Classes to see what they are registered for and where the class is. Some classes are being held at other sites in the district.

ALL current students' parents MUST complete Aeries Data Confirmation by logging into your Aeries parent portal, if you have not already done so, to confirm your contact information and ensure your student's classes are confirmed for next year as well! Please complete this now to help us plan for next year.
Finally, I want to welcome all of our incoming 9th-grade Lancer families once again as they receive their second newsletter this week! We look forward to having you as part of the Sunny Hills family next year. Be on the lookout in your email for more information to come later this summer about the start of the school year, including Link Crew's Freshmen Orientation and Lancer Days. Also, if you have not already done so, please be sure to complete your Aeries Data Confirmation by logging into your Aeries parent portal to ensure your classes are confirmed for next year!
