Happy Friday, Lancer Families:
Welcome to May, Lancers! It is difficult to believe that we are less than a month away from Finals, Graduation, and the end of the school year. AP and IB exams go into full swing next week as well. So much left to do as we finish off the year.
Lancer Boys Volleyball started off their CIF Playoffs in amazing fashion by sweeping their way through Rounds 1 and 2 of their bracket this week. They are on to the Quarterfinals next Wednesday at home at 6:00 pm versus Northwood, so come on out and join in the fun! More CIF fun to come for all our other Spring Athletics very soon!
Yesterday, our EPIC Engineering Pathway students presented their yearlong capstone projects to friends, family, and dignitaries. What an amazing program with such practical applications for our future Lancer engineers! Today, our Circle of Friends Club hosted an Autism Awareness event in the quad with the help of Fullerton Rotary and Tara's Chance. Students enjoyed food and fun together in the quad during lunch as they celebrated part of the diversity that makes Sunny Hills amazing. Tonight and tomorrow night, you can still catch the Spring Play, 12 Angry Jurors, so don't miss it! These were just a few highlights from this past week - be sure to check out many more below!
