Hello!
If your child has medication at school, it must be reclaimed from the health office by the parent/guardian by the last day of school, or it will be discarded at the end of the day on June 8th. For safety reasons, we do not send any medication home with students if they have not been allowed to self-carry medication by their doctor. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to pick up any remaining medication. We ask that emergency medications remain at school until your student’s last day of school.
Please be aware that if you arrive to pick up student medications at the end of the day, you may need to wait in line. If you want to avoid this line, please come during the school day hours. If you are unable to pick up the medication by the last day, please call your school’s health office to make other arrangements to avoid discarding the medication. If you have any questions, please contact your school’s health office.
