Hello Sunshine,
I pray this month’s letter finds you well. As we ease into the spring season, I wait with anticipation for longer days, fresh picked veggies, and more time spent outdoors. 
During the warmer months, most of us spend less time over the stovetop, and instead, seek ideas for time-saver meals. For a little cooking inspiration, check out this month’s make ahead meal ideas. For a little Get Moving Monday inspiration, check out this month’s featured segment: Doing the work. I kicked things into high gear this month by adding a scoop of matcha green tea to my go to breakfast smoothie. I love the beautiful tone of green it gave to the drink and the additional antioxidants.
