I hope this month’s newsletter finds you well. As we continue to navigate many new norms, I am hopeful you are doing so in stride. A friendly reminder, just in case it slipped your mind, my continued thoughts and prayers of health and safety are with you and yours.
There is no secret that we are well into Spring and I absolutely love it! To me, Spring is symbolic of new things to come. There is a lovely balance of increased rain and sunlight; a duality that brings forth luscious growth, buddings, blossoms, and a resurgence of fresh new hope.
Where there is new hope, new opportunities exist for new life chapters to be written and subsequently lived out. Which has led me to ask myself two thought provoking questions: (1) What am I expecting (held beliefs) during this new season of my life? (2) Am I prepared to receive (behaving accordingly)?
I spent the greater part of the month journaling responses to those questions. I also spent time in conversation with a few purpose driven women, such as my SPLD LIVE guest co-host Jennifer Bryant. Earlier this month we had a great conversation about the importance of aligning our beliefs with our behaviors. That chat was followed by another thought provoking discussion with show host Connie Fuksa. Similar to the conversation with Jennifer, we discussed being in alignment with life and making connections throughout our life’s journey. The links below will take you to both discussions.
