Are you living life and getting by or are you L-I-V-I-N? This Easter weekend is a time to celebrate life, spring and rebirth. The past few years the world has been so focused on survival we might have forgotten to LIVE life? If you have seen the 1993 movie 'Dazed and Confused', which takes place in 1976, you likely heard the quote "You just gotta keep livin' man, L-I-V-I-N". These words sound in the back of my head when I get bogged down by the details of life, paying the bills, and doing all of the adulting I have to do every day. So, let me ask you a question. What do you do to feel ALIVE? Take time this weekend and live. Spend time with family, celebrate your faith, move your body, or sit in meditation. Connect to yourself and connect to your spirit. When we silence the chatter of the details of life our spirit will tell us what we need to flourish.
.Over the past 20 plus years, my yoga practice has been the reset button I need everyday to help me sort out all of the chatter to find the aspects of life that make me feel alive and help me thrive!
This season has many opportunities to get out and live. Our Aerial crew will preform this year at Mansfield Music Alley Festival, so mark the date Saturday, April 30th in Historic Downtown Mansfield. We will perform at 8 pm, come and support us.

Connect with your partner on a deeper level. On May 7th, Angela will lead a Partner Yoga and Introduction to ACRO Yoga with her partner Gus.
It is time to register for Reiki Certifications and Attunements. In June we will offer Reiki level one. Perfect to help align your energy and heal yourself. In July we will offer Reiki level two for those experienced with Reiki one and ready to take the next step to work on others. Reiki Mastership will be offered on a private, per person basis. Pricing for these opportunities, Level one $150, Level two $250 and Mastership $500.
Aerial Teacher Training is back and scheduled for June 18th and 19th. This will be an opportunity for 25 CECs with Yoga Alliance. In this training we will review yoga, the roots and history, the science and the energetic qualities and then learn how it applies to aerial hammocks. We will brake down basic aerial skills and how to teach them safely to all body types and experience levels. This training includes one month of membership to take the required aerial classes.
Calling all Aerialist! Sign up to perform and be a part of A Land of Pure Imagination, our 6th Annual Aerial Showcase at Reds Roadhouse in Kennedale on October 22nd, is under our events. The registration is open to anyone who wishes to perform. Check out the link below. There will be a $100 non refundable charge to preform this year. The children will have a separate performance around Christmas, so only adult aerials register please.
