Mansfield really knows how to throw a party! If you made it to Historic Downtown Mansfield yesterday you could feel that connection to community and pride for our city. Good food, good friends and plenty of Sunshine were the order of the day and we celebrated the opportunity to get out and connect once again.
When we practice yoga and aerial together, we create a community as well. In Sanskrit we use the word Kula to describe this connection and forming of a Tribe. Our practice builds a feeling of contentment and peace that we share with those who share this experience.
We felt thankful and blessed to have the members of our Sunshine Tribe join us for the parade. Every day we connect with each other and with ourselves through our yoga practice at the studio. If you have not been to the studio in a while, come in and connect with us, just as you are. Yoga is a practice, it does not require perfection, so if it's your first class or your one hundredth class, we would love to share a connection with you.
