How do you measure progress? In life, we get comfortable with the easy and hang out there. As we sink into comfort, we forget about progress. We are never really staying the same. Either we are moving forward toward the life we want, or we are moving backward. Our yoga practice can mirror life. We see how our body and our mind can change with consistent practice if we are pushing ourselves past our comfort level. We can see progress with each practice. Progress with our physical body and progress with our health and happiness.
At Sunshine, we have been comfortable with our Facebook live streaming. However, we have a new way to stream our live classes. You may have noticed virtual classes on the schedule for the coming week. We are excited to announce our FITLive classes. If you cannot make it into the studio, sign up virtually through the schedule. At the scheduled class time go to the schedule and click the link to join the class. This will take you to a zoom meeting for class. The beauty of this new format is that the class will post to our On-Demand library as soon as class is over.
Please catch a virtual class this week and give me your feedback at Lynn@sunshineyogashack.com
. Live and On-Demand classes are included in your membership for no charge.
There are only a few spot left for Mallory Green-Spielman and JP Wilkerson workshop on September 17th for Emotional Healing and Sound Bath. Sign up today with the link below.
