Practice and all is coming, are the words of K. Pattabhi Jois. These words of wisdom hold great weight and value. No matter the skill you are working on, you will always improve with practice. The more you practice, the more you train your mind and your body to develop a skill.
During yoga on your mat, you will see the benefits of the practice as your plank pose becomes easier, the balance becomes stronger, and you begin to breathe easier during all aspects of your life.
As our aerial performers build their routines for showcase, we start out struggling, seeing what fits together and what needs to be changed. We work; we dedicate our time and energy to building this beautiful piece of art. We are hanging from the ceiling in silk, after all. Everyone creates something different and unique, and beautiful. We are so excited to show you our efforts on October 22nd.

Our Showcase is a big party with entertainment from our aerial students and teachers. It is a great time for the whole family. This year we offer a World of Pure Imagination. We will have 23 acts to amaze and astound you. This party will have food trucks, cocktails, a $100 cash prize, and a trophy for the best costume—also, a $100 to whoever finds the Golden Ticket. This week we are ending the asset or yoga spot selection when you book class. We are making improvements to our booking, webpage, and virtual classes and training. Ending this option is one step. Please continue to make a reservation for class, however, the spots will be first come first serve. Also, you might notice changes to the Sunshine Yoga Shack App. We will continue to work over the next few weeks to make your experience at Sunshine the best possible!
