Super Girl Surf Pro
September 20-22, Oceanside Pier
The world's largest and top professional female surf contest returns to Oceanside for three days this weekend. This free festival is packed with thrilling world-class competitions featuring top female surfers from around the globe competing for the coveted Super Girl cape. In between the competitions and team events, spectators can stroll the Festival Village and Beer Gardens or enjoy one of the live music concerts.

Disney's Freaky Friday
September 20-22, The Star Theatre
When an overworked mother and her teenage daughter magically swap bodies, they have just one day to put things right again. This new musical based on the celebrated novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films, is a heartfelt, comedic, and unexpectedly emotional update on an American classic. Love Boat to Paradise

Join Oceanside Theatre Company for their 2024 Gala this Sunday from 3-6 p.m. OTC will honor Ralph Johnson for his 30 years of work and over 100 productions in theater in San Diego and beyond. A longtime advocate for the arts, CJ DiMento will be honored with the inaugural Hattie “Sunshine” Brooks Award. DiMento has worked as a public librarian for 20 years at the Oceanside Public Library and played a vital role in elevating the arts in Oceanside.

10th Annual Taste of Oceanside

Attendees will explore downtown on foot or hop on the free ‘Taste Trolley’ to taste and sip through Oceanside’s exciting food and brew scene. For those 21 and older, the food and beverage combo ticket offers the chance to sample sips from the community’s vibrant craft breweries and wineries at participating stores and offices. Early ticket purchase is highly recommended with only 1,000 tickets available and the event selling out three years in a row.
