Weeds for Wellness: An Ecological Foraging Event w/ Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower
This is an in-person event
Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower, R.N,. and expert herbalist, returns to ISD to lead us on a fascinating walk to discover edible weeds, and plants, even invasive ones, that actually support our wellness.
We will taste wild food, hear the music of the plants, and learn safe foraging with instructive hand-outs. We will convene at the home of the Friedell's and do some foraging at Riddell Park, even get to taste a beverage that Marguerite makes for us!

This is an in-person event
Join us at Darling Hill Farm for this transformational event with Angelica Palmer of Cherry Valley. Inspired by the grief rituals of the Dagara tribe of Burkina Faso and the work of Sobonfu Somé and Zahava Griss, we come together through drums, song and movement, supporting each other’s grieving process as we strengthen the collective.

Lester was given a magic wish
By the goblin who lives in the banyan tree,
And with his wish he wished for two more wishes-
So now instead of just one wish, he cleverly had three.
And with each one of these
He simply wished for three more wishes,
Which gave him three old wishes, plus nine new.
And with each of these twelve
He slyly wished for three more wishes,

ASTROLOGY FORCAST (July 8 15)
We are in the heart of Cancer season. Relationships, friendship, home, quiet comfort are the traditional areas highlighted.
The New Moon is on Friday the 9th. This is the conjunction of the Sun and Moon in Cancer. This week we also find Neptune and Jupiter in water sign Pisces, who may both assist you to go beyond present life detail. Use Jupiter's expansiveness and good fortune along with Neptune's mysterious, otherworldly, ultra dimensional reach to advance your SOUL GROWTH.
These few days around the New Moon may give you a window, a portal to see, understand Soul patterns that present themselves once more for healing and transformation back to LOVE. Uranus is sextile the Sun/Moon conjunction. Conjunctions mutually intensify, Sextiles enhance opportunity. Uranus can stimulate sudden events.
The Eclipse season in June, followed immediately by the Earth/Sirius conjunction last week, finishing with the New Moon Cancer season of "Relationships" has presented us with an intense but unmistakable chance to grow our Souls as never before.
The circumstances you have "in your face" in this lifetime are almost surely patterns that have presented themselves in other existences. THE GAINS YOU MAKE NOW WILL REVERBERATE THROUGHOUT YOUR OVERSOUL! Try now to reach breakthroughs, find vast "sight" of your Soul's mission. Know that you can put yourself in Vertical Time and send that understanding out along the timelines of all your lives. You will be your own solution! Also, don't ever forget that you have a guide team and Angels with you every step of the way. They are ready to assist. You need only ask!
The next alignment we must factor in is the Venus/Mars conjunction in Leo present this week. Your female/male relationships will intensify their focus. This may be inner balance conflicts, or comfort zones, that project themselves onto outer relationships/friendships. The world is a mirror. This may not be comfortable. Leo can be about Pride and Domination. Applying this to the battle of the sexes both within and without may test you. However, bear in mind that Leo is also Courageous and Noble. Try to summon those qualities to your circumstances. Perhaps the most benevolent way to approach this opportunity is to take time to process whatever presents itself for adjustment. Allow things to settle if they become uncomfortable before you make any major life decisions.
Our EMOTIONS are dominating at present. This is ultimately for our benefit. Consider that while operating with divine mind is always the best way to navigate your Soul's landscape, you cannot advance all the way HOME with your mental body alone. ASCENSION IS REACHED THROUGH THE EMOTIONAL BODY. Go forward with SELF LOVE my friends. Godspeed...

Just a reminder that we are continuing our Prayer Warriors group, every day at 5pm we pause to pray and send our healing energies where they are most needed right now
Each day at 5 PM EST, we will pause for about 10 minutes and meditate and pray with the intention of sending healing energy to all.
