Superintendent Search Update | February 22, 2019
Last night the Board of Education met with our Search Firm, Ray & Associates in Executive Session to discuss applicants for Shaker Schools Superintendent. The Board was delighted to get to know the diverse, experienced, dynamic group, and we are certain that we will find exactly the right person among them. Next, the Board will conduct an in-depth review of the top applicants so that we can identify 2-3 finalists. Those finalists will each be invited to Shaker Heights for a day of meetings, tours and presentations, and an extended interview with the Board.
Superintendent Search Timeline

Early March 2019: Board of Education interviews top candidates.

Mid March 2019: Board interviews 2-3 finalist candidates. Finalists introduced at public meeting(s).

Late March 2019: Announcement of new superintendent.
