FINAL INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION
**IF YOU REGISTERED AFTER MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2017, YOUR RACE PACKET MUST BE PICKED UP AT ONE OF THE TWO LOCATIONS LISTED BELOW!** *Packets include race bib, shirt, and participant bag. OPTION 1 (School team selected): Race Packet should have been picked up by the school team captain. Check with the school, team captain or principal to receive your number, packet, and shirt. After 4PM on Thursday, March 30th your number, shirt, and packet will be available at one of the following two pick-up locations listed below. OPTION 2 (School team NOT Selected): Race Packets will be at one of the two locations listed below for pick-up below: - FRIDAY, MARCH 31st, 2017 at 11AM - 7:00PM @ GO RUN (11650 N. Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33176) - SATURDAY, APRIL 1st, 2017 (RACE DAY) 6:00 AM - 7:25 AM @ Museum Park (1075 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132) Race Starts at 7:30 AM. - As of Friday, March 31st at Go Run and on race day Saturday April 1st your packets will be categorized by your last name not by school team. Race Day Registration onsite is available at the registration tent onsite @ Museum Park (1075 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132). Cash and VISA accepted. Parking Information: Please Note: Anyone parking in the lots listed below MUST return before Noon (12:00 pm) to retrieve their vehicles. At Noon, ALL gates and the garage will be locked so any vehicles left will remain inside until Monday. If you choose to park in a different lot then the designated below or park at a metered space, you must PAY to park. NOT all lots are free unless specifically designated below. There is NO PARKING in any museum lots for any vehicles or buses.
- LOT C Parking: Entrance on NE 2nd Ave. between 12th & 13th St.
- LOT B Parking: Entrance on NE 2nd Ave. between 13th & 14th St.
- LOT E District Parking Garage: Entrance on NE 2nd Ave. between 15th & 16th St.
- LOT D (Flat lot across from WLRN):
Entrance on 15th St. between NE 1st Ave. & NE 2nd Ave.
The Metrorail and Metromover will be open and can be used to get to the race. You must get on the OUTER LOOP of the Metromover to get to the closest stop next to Museum Park.
Please give yourself enough time as trains run less often on the weekend.

Participants must display/wear the official Superintendent 5K challenge bib on their front, if you do not have a bib you will not receive a finisher medal
- 6 AM Packet Pick-Up/ Race Day Registration Opens
- 7:10 AM Warm up
- 7:30 AM Race Start
- 8:30 AM Kids 1 Mile Start (preregistered participant only)
- 8:50 AM 5K Age Group Awards
- 9 AM Kids Dash Start (Ages 2-9) gather at main stage.
- 10 AM Superintendent 5K festivities conclude. See you in 2018!
Gear Check will take place in the gear check tent near registration in Museum Park. Place you items in the clear participant bag we provided for the participant bag. A sticker will be provided for you to write your name AND bib number on it. Upon finishing you can retrieve your bib by providing you last name AND by presenting your bib. We will NOT have any additional clear bags available on race morning.
After the race until 10AM we will have complimentary small samples of fruit, light snacks, and water provided by MacEwards for participants, healthy snack samples at the Common Thread booth, samples of Sparkling Ice, and Power Crunch bars. Available for purchase we will have coffee from the MyCoffeeBrake.com truck and shaved ice from the Snow Caps truck (both for purchase). The kids can enjoy complimentary bounce houses and face painters.
