Dear FHUSD Families and Friends,
On behalf of the Fountain Hills Unified School District governing board and administrative team, I want to express my appreciation for your support with the online learning program for our students during the school closure.
While we have received some periodic feedback and comments about accessing instructional materials and the teacher interaction process with students, it is very important to gather more formal data about how we transitioned to a full online learning program. In order for us to make decisions as we move forward it would help greatly if you could complete this survey:

The governor’s message on May 20th indicated he hoped to open schools in the fall and was working with State Superintendent Hoffman’s task force on a plan. In the meantime, FHUSD is stocking up on hand sanitizers, masks, thermometers, and disinfecting equipment to prepare for the upcoming year. I will also be working over the summer with a district task force of staff and parents to analyze the survey data and assist with planning for a safe school opening that aligns with the governor’s plan as it unfolds.
I hope all FHUSD families and friends stay safe and healthy over the summer and find some fun activities to do. Thank you again for being part of the FHUSD community as we achieve and celebrate educational excellence.
Respectfully,
Robert Allen, Ed.D.
Superintendent
