Dear Hastings Families,

I hope your summer is going well.

After over 20 years of service to the district, Confidential Assistant to the Superintendent Mrs. Fi Goodman has announced her retirement. Fi's final day in the district will be September 9, 2022.

As many of you know, Fi has been an exceedingly dedicated employee of the district. She has worked tirelessly to help us function effectively and efficiently for the benefit of students and their families. Fi has applied her superb institutional and community knowledge to bolster the success of the district as a whole. Particularly adept with the written and spoken word, Fi has ensured that communications from the Superintendent’s Office are clear, consistent and timely. Fi’s responsive professionalism has been vital. Often the first point of contact for families and the community, Fi has handled these moments with aplomb.

Simply put, Fi will be missed by many people, for many reasons. Please join me in applauding Fi for a job exceptionally well done.

“Go Well and Stay Well,” Fi.
