Supervisor of Elections Advises Marion County Residents on Unofficial Mailings
Marion County, FL. January 22 - Thousands of potentially misleading voter registration mailings are being sent to Marion County residents from two Washington, D.C. groups, The Voter Participation Center (VPC) and Center for Voter Information (CVI).

The mailing is intended for unregistered voters, however, the data used is often inaccurate and outdated. Previous mailings have resulted in pre-filled voter registration applications being sent to already registered voters, deceased persons, minor children and even pets.

Please be advised that the Marion County Supervisor of Elections has neither printed nor distributed these unofficial mailings and are in no way affiliated. Voters with questions or concerns regarding these mailings are encouraged to contact the VPC toll free at 877-255-6750 or CVI directly at 202-766-6575.

The Marion County Supervisor of Elections is the official source for voting and election information in Marion County. If you have questions concerning your voter status or eligibility, please visit www.VoteMarion.Gov or call 352-620-3290.
