BearBuy Scheduled Maintenance



BearBuy production downtime will take place between Friday, July 11, at 6 p.m. through Sunday, July 13, at 9 a.m. to upgrade from release version 25.1 to 25.2. To avoid delays, please complete all BearBuy requests prior to the system maintenance. BearBuy will be available on Monday, July 14.

BearBuy 25.2 Release Enhancement

UI Change

Effective July 14, BearBuy will be updated to enhance the user experience with new positioning of links and the search bar on the BearBuy home/shop page.

Document Approval Actions

Approvers will see changes to the labels of the approval action buttons in BearBuy, making it easier to approve and edit documents such as Requisitions and Invoices.

The ‘Assign to myself’ action has been renamed to ‘Assign To Me & Further Actions’.
