Year End Purchase Orders
Purchase Order requests for amounts over $100,000 were due to Supply Chain Management on May 1st, if the order was needed prior to year end, June 30, FY18/FY19. If you missed the deadline, we might not be able to process complex agreements that require longer  processing times . If you have an emergency, please clearly identify the urgency of the situation and  contact your assigned Buyer . To prevent delays, providing the required back up documents will help speed up the process.  Requests for purchase orders over $10,000 must be submitted by May 24th. 
New Caterers Available
Supply Chain Management is excited to announce that we have partnered Zero Waste to establish master contracts with four new caterers. These caterers provide zero waste catering options and have insurance on file. Please see below:

New UC-Wide Agreement With Google Cloud Platform, And G-Suite BAA
Supply Chain Management is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, the new UC-wide agreement with Google for  Google Cloud Platform  (GCP), including Business Associate Amendment (BAA) for both GCP and G-Suite, is available for use (agreement # 2019.001086). BAA applicable to both GCP and the existing UC-wide   G-Suite for Education  agreement (#UCIMP-0109).
The partnership between Supply Chain Management and Campus IT is focused on making the cloud services you need easily available to you, and also connecting you with the resources and support to make you successful. To that end, we want to make you aware of the  Campus Cloud Community of Practice , where you can find others building on technologies like GCP who will be happy to learn and share together with you, as well as Research IT's   Cloud Computing Support  service.

New Catalog Available - Consolidated Electrical Distributions
Supply Chain Management is excited to announce that the following catalog is now live on BearBuy:

Consolidated Electrical Distributor’s (CED) hosted catalog for their lighting, electrical, and maintenance supplies went live on BearBuy on 4/30.
