Support AMWA's Campaign for India
The American Medical Women's Association, through its charitable arm, the American Women's Hospitals Service, is raising funds to help procure oxygen concentrators for India where there has been a surge of COVID-19 cases. Each concentrator costs about $250-$500. Read more about international efforts around the world to provide aid to India and consider supporting AMWA's efforts in this area.
Write "India" in the "In honor of" box so the funds may be directed appropriately.
Learn more about the American Women's Hospitals Service
The American Women's Hospitals Service (AWHS) was founded in 1917 out of a desire for women physicians to provide medical services during WWI. Over 100 years later, AWHS continues to provide charitable support around the world to fund medical care in underserved areas, travel grants to student and residents working in those areas, and medical relief during times of crisis. Learn more about our work during the COVID-19 pandemic to support efforts in Italy, Africa and the Navajo Nation, including the production of face shields through 3-D printing efforts.

AMWA has also partnered with sister medical associations around the globe in our One World, One War Against COVID-19: Women Physicians Come Together discussion series. Join our next one on May 3 with leaders from Canada, Pakistan, and Nigeria. REGISTER
