Hello Iowa,
Being an admin on the IBMC Bridge app allows you to access many tools that will help you and your customers navigate through the mortgage process. As the end of the year approaches, it’s a good time to review everything that’s available to you as an admin.
Some of the key duties that admins have the ability to manage and edit are highlighted below.
-
Add New Company User — As an admin, you can add loan officers, company admins, partners and other team members. Having the admin capability to add additional company admins who are also loan officers can be accomplished by submitting a request to IBMC.* Please reach out if this is a permission you would like enabled. Inside this section you are also able to disable accounts when needed. Learn more.
-
Add State Licenses: Admins have the ability to add, edit or delete state licenses for their company. They can also allow individual loan officers to add and manage their own licensing. Learn more.
-
Company Info: Managing accounts and account information is an important responsibility for company admins. Under the “Company Info” tab, you can review or edit all of your company’s information. It’s important to review regularly to make sure your logo, app icon, bank information, bank milestones, state licenses and app disclaimers are up to date. Learn more.
-
Calculator Defaults: In this ever-changing market, it is important that your mobile app stays up to date with current rates and other pertinent industry trends. Admins can set their bank’s current rate, default loan amount, down payment requirement, taxes, annual insurance and DTI calculations. Admins can also customize the app to only show products that their bank offers. Learn more.
Listed above are only a few of the many actions admins can perform. To learn more about what admins can do, visit the AskNexus website. If you have any additional questions or would like more training in regards to your admin duties, please contact Ragan Pullen.
*When adding a new loan officer, always inform IBMC for invoice purposes.
