With the start to 2023 upon us, we want to remind you of some new features and recent updates that are now available to you — our IBMC Bridge partner.



Updates

New Conforming Loan Limits Applied to Loan Calculators — SimpleNexus has updated the loan calculators to reflect the new conforming loan limits for 2023. Please ensure that you edit the default loan amounts accordingly.

Loan Application Refresh — If you have yet to switch to the new Loan Application Refresh, you time is running out. The legacy loan application version will retire yet this year so please contact us to get a jump start on adding the new loan application refresh to your account.

Production Release

Partner Landing Page — The partner landing page has been updated that offers a convenient way to engage real estate agents and other partners. This update has been applied to all accounts and when you go to the Partner Landing Page (Under "Contacts" on left tool bar) you will see these updates. Loan officers can share a unique URL and QR code, enabling partners to quickly onboard and begin accessing the mobile app for referral and communication tools. 

Borrower Homepage Redesign on Mobile — User experience updates have been made to the homepage of the mobile app to align with the changes previously made to the web version. To ensure your borrowers experience this update, they will need to have a minimum version of 22.12.0 on Android and iOS apps.

Enhancements to Redesigned Loan Application — For loan officers who have already begun utilizing the new Loan Application Refresh, some recent enhancements have been applied. Those changes are as follows:

• Changes to the wording and order of specific application questions.
• New employment section to clearly prompt borrowers to add two full years of employment history. 
• New loan type option for home equity loan.
• The ability for borrowers to add their income in additional frequencies — hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
