SimpleNexus offers a great online resource for our IBMC Bridge users called AskNexus. This website provides material beneficial to loan officers, company admins, team members and partners alike. 

You can access AskNexus two different ways. You can visit asknexus.com directly or you can access it through your IBMC Bridge Desktop Portal. Click “Help & Support” at the bottom of the left-side tool bar then click on “Articles and video guides for all things SimpleNexus.” This will take you to the AskNexus website where you can access the site with your existing IBMC Bridge credentials.

Once in the AskNexus site, you will have access to a variety of resources, including:

• Company Roles — Articles are provided for admins, loan officers, team members and partners on the functionality and best practices for what each role offers.
• How-To — Browse through guides on completing tasks within SimpleNexus, such as adding or inviting partners to a loan; how to change the IOS app icon for consolidated apps; filling out loan applications from the web dashboard; how to change loan officers for an app user; and much more.
• Product Info — Disclosures, various integrations SimpleNexus offers and information on upcoming features are provided in this section.
• Release Notes — For users that are integrated with an LOS, this section highlights change logs, LOS plug-ins, and product features and updates.
• Video Library — Browse multiple videos covering admin tools, borrower experience, loan officers, loan origination systems, partners, did-you-know training and new feature training. Each category offers various how-to videos for you the user to learn from.

As you browse topics within AskNexus, you can subscribe to receive email updates for that specific area. You can also use the search engine to browse specific categories or submit support requests.
