Hello Iowa,

A long awaited release for additional functionality is finally here. New options have been added to the IBMC Bridge specifically geared toward the lender and the ability to create, view and edit loan applications within the interface. 

With this release, there are multiple variations in applying: 

• A borrower may begin the application and the lender can then assist in completing the remainder of the application. 
• A borrower may complete the application and the lender can then update any missing information.
• A lender may complete the application entirely on behalf of the borrower. 

In any of the instances, the application will appear in the lender’s portal to allow editing until it is finally submitted by the lender. 

In addition to this update, the LO 1003 view will contain a note section where a loan officer can record any borrower-related notes. These notes are visible to the loan officer. Once changes are made and a loan is resubmitted, both the printable 1003 and the DU MISMO 3.4 file will reflect the updates and be ready for use in the loan process.
