The IBMC Bridge loan application now has a new modernized visual layout for both mobile and web, allowing lenders to stay competitive in today’s market.

This new application offers a more intuitive and user-friendly process for borrowers, providing an explanation on why information is required while still capturing all required data for loan officers. Lenders who utilize the new loan application in production have seen a completion rate of 74.49% and average time to completion of 28.06 minutes.

One of the enhanced features is a new menu located on the left hand side of the page which breaks down the loan application into related sections. Borrowers can easily navigate to any subsection by expanding the menu and selecting the desired location. 

To add the new loan application to your account, we will need you to validate the following information.

Verification of Assets — Yes/No

Verification of Income and Employment — Yes/No

Loan Types you want on application:

• Purchase — Yes/No
• Refinance — Yes/No
• Cash-Out Refinance — Yes/No
• Construction — Yes/No
• HELOC — Yes/No

Once this information is gathered, we will work with SimpleNexus to apply the new loan application to your account. With this initial release, we are unable to edit the questions appearing on the loan application but future enhancements will allow for some customization.  

With the new loan application, you will still have the ability to edit loans currently in your pipeline the same way you do today.
