Families Needed!
Children & Youth With Special Health Care Needs and Disabilities Focus Groups

Help improve systems by sharing your experiences as the parent, caregiver or family member of a child with disabilities, medical conditions or special health care needs.
We invite you to participate with us in one of three online focus groups being conducted by Family Voices of MN in partnership with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).

Families from Greater Minnesota and those who were unable to attend the in-person focus groups are encouraged to attend.

The purpose of these focus groups is to learn more from families about their experiences and needs related to things like accessing health care, child care, and caregiver support. Each focus group discussion will last about an hour and a half and we will be providing a $50 Target gift card for each family that participates
