As we approach year-end 2025, we invite you to partner with On This Spot in our Mission to produce compelling short documentary films that re-center women in the art world - ensuring their work and stories are seen, celebrated, and never forgotten.

In just three years, On This Spot has become a trusted voice for equity in art history. We hope you will support us in amplifying women’s voices, broaden our understanding of women artists and reshape how art history is taught and shared worldwide. 

Women artists represent less than 15% of the global art market and account for only 11% of acquisitions in U.S. museums. Comparable disparities persist in the field of art history, where women’s contributions historically constitute less than 10% of published scholarship and institutional representation.

We need your help. Over half of our budget is funded by donations from generous individuals like you. In order to produce 18 new films and continue and expand free educational access in 2026, we must raise $250,000. Your support now is critical to keep our production team working and our stories reaching new audiences.
