As we reflect on the joy and excitement of this year’s Belmont Stakes Festival in Saratoga, we are now counting down the days until the summer meet begins.
Our team is hard at work preparing youth programming in both Saratoga and Belmont to ensure that the children of the backstretch community have access to safe, enriching, and engaging activities while their parents work tirelessly at the track.
For over a decade, the NY Race Track Chaplaincy has offered a Summer Enrichment Program in Saratoga, helping families stay together during the racing season and giving children a chance to enjoy a summer filled with new experiences, far from the city and the racetrack. We’ve also continued to grow our program at Belmont, providing meaningful summer opportunities for children whose families remain downstate.
This vital work is only possible because of your generosity. We are deeply grateful for your continued support. Because of you, no child is ever turned away.
