Horizons Reimagined: Strengthening Partnerships for Equity

The Mid-Valley STEM-CTE Hub is thrilled to announce a grant from the Betty Lou Roberts Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation to develop a Latine Network Partnership Coalition. This initiative will foster collaboration among community organizations, schools, and industry to create pathways for Latine students and families transitioning to college, careers, or other opportunities.

The coalition's focus includes:

  • Building a collaborative network to expand educational and leadership opportunities.
  • Improve access to postsecondary education and career pathways
  • Conduct research to identify service gaps and strengthen partnerships.

With this support, we will deepen our impact, strengthen youth empowerment, and enhance parent engagement. Together, we can create a more equitable future for Latine and BIPOC students in STEM fields.

Interested in joining this initiative? Contact Dominga Sanchez, Bilingual STEM Education & Equity Specialist, for more information.
