Dear Friends,

Tomorrow is Election Day, and at the Kansas City Shepherd’s Center, we’re dedicated to encouraging everyone to get out and vote. We are especially asking for your support for Jackson County Question One. If passed, this measure will generate essential funding for services that enhance the health, independence, and well-being of older adults in our community for an average of $20 per year per household.

Why Vote YES?

Funds from this levy will support:

  • Meals on Wheels and nutrition programs
  • In-home services for safe, independent aging
  • Caregiver support for families
  • Transportation services to keep seniors connected

Funds will be managed by an independent citizen board and provide funding only for Jackson County Seniors.

Please remember to vote YES on County Question One and spread the word to friends and neighbors. Together, we can make a difference for our seniors!

Gratefully,
