Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP)

If you’ve ever visited our main office, you’ve likely met at least one of these two wonderful ladies. Ivana and Alexandra make up two-thirds of our dedicated Newcomer Settlement Program team. They’re here to help newcomers navigate settlement-related issues, making it easier for them to access information and services. While they offer assistance in many languages, they specialize in Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian.

If you need assistance with settlement or immigration, call 416-588-6288 to make an appointment with one of our NSP Workers.

Connect to your new Canadian life

Anyone starting a new life in Canada may require various forms of support, but primarily, they need someone to talk to, someone who can provide answers to all their questions. That's what we do, and we're not alone. We work with a team of volunteer mentors to provide services that empower and meet the different needs of our newcomer clients.

Youth Settlement Services

Fueled by the passion and enthusiasm of our young clients, we’ve launched two volunteer-centric initiatives. The first one, in collaboration with the Toronto Athletic Football Club, invites youth to support camps and after-school programs. The second one is rooted in art and community service, offering participants the opportunity to contribute to various events and causes. These projects provide a platform for developing teamwork and leadership skills, and nurtures their unique interests and talents.

Our Youth Centre is currently open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call 416-766-6288 or email youthcentre@culturelink.ca for more information.
