Announcing Our 2021 Board of Directors
Dear Alpharetta Chamber Members,


The Alpharetta Chamber’s Nominating Committee is pleased to announce its proposed 2021 Board of Directors. In accordance with our by-laws, the Nominating Committee has confirmed that each candidate is a member in good standing and has agreed to accept the responsibilities the position requires.

2021-2023 Board of Directors Nominees

This announcement to the Alpharetta Chamber membership serves as notification of the nominated candidates and provides the right to submit further nominations by petition. Additional candidates may be nominated by a petition bearing the genuine signature of at least fifty (50) members of the Chamber. Such petition must be filed with the CEO within ten (10) days of the mailing of the Nominating Committee's report to the membership. The CEO shall determine the validity of such petition and report to the Nominating Committee. Should no valid petition nominating additional candidates be filed, the nominations shall be deemed closed and the nominated slate shall be declared elected by the Board at its December meeting.
