Dear Lisa,

Rutgers Giving Days has started this week, March 20th to March 24th, and I am asking you to consider contributing to the Rutgers Center for Women in Business (CWIB).

Our theme for this year is “Invest in CWIB - Invest in YOU", which emphasizes our commitment to celebrating women who tell our stories and #embraceequity.

In honor of Rutgers Giving Days and Women's History Month, we

asked women at different life stages how CWIB has impacted their educational and career trajectory! Watch below to learn how an investment in CWIB is an investment in current and future women leaders!

This Rutgers Giving Day, give to women who fearlessly tell their stories and strive to live in a world where gender equity is the norm. When you give to CWIB, you join a community of barrier breakers, actionable allies and pioneers of industry.

  • $50 PERSONAL GIVEBACK in support of the value you have felt from CWIB’s programming and community this year

  • $500 NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES to encourage women to form professional connections, discover job opportunities & support each other in career development.

  • $1,000 MENTORING PROGRAMS to enable a mentee to increase her confidence and skills in leadership, negotiation, and ability to chart career paths.

  • $5,000 RESEARCH in support of our research agenda that unlocks women-driven insights for corporate policy makers.

This year, a group of generous board members and their families, including Candice Tse, the Joan & Dennis Berger Family, Sheila McGrath and Katie & Aaron Stratton, have agreed to match any funds raised for the program on Rutgers Giving Day (up to $30,000). This match presents a unique opportunity for your dollars to go even further in advancing CWIB.

To donate online, please visit CWIB - Rutgers Giving Days during Monday, March 20th to Friday, March 24th.

Browse Rutgers matching gift database or contact your company’s human resources department to find out if it has a matching gift program.

Thank you for your continued support!
