Become a Monthly Donor!
We know the impact one-day fundraising campaigns can have for our community. However, preparing for and securing donations for a one-day fundraising event takes time and focus away from our mission of serving our communities which is why we are instead asking for ongoing monthly donations to support the region’s ONLY Latino-focused nonprofit that serves hundreds of Latino families yearly in accessing health, education, and youth development services.
Client Impact
Maria and her family emigrated to the US from El Salvador in January and were quickly connected to Chapa-De, and were referred to the LLC to establish a PCP for Maria's daughter's heart condition. After being connected to a Promotora, it was evident Maria and her family needed more support. Maria's Promotora helped the family with food, clothes and toys while Maria searched for a job and her Promotora helped get her daughter into a daycare. Today, Maria's daughter has been connected to a cardiologist, Maria is working and also receiving medical care, and Maria's Promotora is helping the family find affordable housing.

"Thank you so much to my Promotora and the LLC for helping my daughter get connected to the medical treatment she needs and for helping my family and I get on our feet in this new country. You have helped us so much with toys for Yeslin and food and clothes for all of us. We appreciate everything you have done for us and for all the support you give to build our community up."
Día del Niño Health Fair
We would like to thank CASA, PPOFT, Health Education Council and First United Methodist Church in Roseville for helping us put on a successful Children's Day (Día del Niño) Health Fair! Together, we were able to reach almost 100 people with health screenings, vaccines, and a nutrition demo. We also had a spring parade, games, face painting and a raffle that helped make the event one to remember.
