The Warren County Foundation services the community by: 

  1. Providing a variety of fund options to assist individuals and organizations in supporting the charities of their choice, now and in the future.
  2. Handling all backroom responsibilities. The Foundation supports all accounting needs, procession of gifts, investments, reporting, and annual audit, etc.
  3. Establishing and managing endowment and capital funds for non-profit organizations and foundations, providing them an additional level of financial expertise and security.
  4. Addressing community needs by making grants to non-profit organizations meeting those needs.
  5. Bringing Warren County organizations and individuals together to discuss issues of mutual interest.


WCF board and staff members gathered at the Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Commemoration on January 19, where WCF leadership accepted the MLK Lebanon Drum Major Adult Leader Award in honor of former WCF CEO Thomas Seddon, awarded posthumously.



Duke Energy Foundation Grant Award

Quatman Cafe Properties LLC has been selected as a Duke Energy Foundation grant recipient through the Warren County Foundation to support important safety improvements at the Quatman Cafe. Grant funding will be used to upgrade and replace outdated lighting and install new lighting posts throughout the parking lot and perimeter of the property.

These improvements will enhance visibility, safety, and security for customers and staff, creating a safer and more welcoming environment for the community. Support from Duke Energy Foundation, in partnership with the Warren County Foundation, helps local businesses invest in infrastructure improvements that strengthen Warren County’s economic vitality.
