Heal your Brain, Heal your Mind

Hi Tiffany,

I know many of us are feeling the weight of the world right now, especially after the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Like you, I’ve been donating and doing what I can to help. Amidst the chaos, I also want to ask for your support in another way, one that’s close to my heart.

October is not only about ADHD Awareness, but also Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and as many of you know, my journey into natural and functional medicine was deeply inspired by my mother's breast cancer diagnosis at 40. Watching her fight that battle was the catalyst for me to dive into a wellness lifestyle and ultimately become passionate about helping women heal holistically.

One of the areas I focus on is perimenopause, a time of major hormonal shifts that can drastically affect a woman’s overall health—especially her brain health. Hormonal changes during this time can contribute to cognitive struggles like memory lapses, brain fog, and mood swings, making it even more important for us to prioritize brain wellness as part of our overall health.

In my own 40s, I was diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia, which challenged me to use everything I’d learned in natural and functional medicine to heal my own body. That journey has fueled my mission to help other women navigate their health challenges—from managing perimenopause symptoms to optimizing brain health and even supporting recovery from conditions like breast cancer.

This is why my Fab Over 40 journey is so important to me. Winning would allow me to continue empowering women to be their most fabulous selves—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by focusing on holistic healing.

✨ Will you help me by casting your vote? ✨

Your support would mean so much to me, and I’d be incredibly grateful.

Here’s your social media recap for the week in case you missed it:

When you choose to not speak up, you choose resentment.

When you are trying to improve your health, manage emotions and even focus better, the reality is that you can't continue to do, what you have always done.

Get ready to unlearn how you relate to your internal feelings, the outside world, organization, time management, health, and more.

The first step: Write down where you want to end up.

Next: Think about how you usually engage and what is necessary to get where you want

One of the first steps in working with my Perimenopausal ADHD clients, is working on:

Pause and Reflect.

What comes up, wants to come out, however the prefrontal cortex needs to STOP and consider, which requires practice. You must practice this daily.

So many clients think the problem is their planner, the reminders or the unrealistic demands of the world. Yes, these issues are important, however we must control inside the body first.

We must be sure that the brain is working well in Perimenopausal ADHD. This means the right amount of Protein, adequate deep sleep and a truly hydrated brain. Email us the magic word “SURVIVAL”, for my survival guide to Perimenopause and ADHD Focusing.

I break down the dosing and more!
