Navigating Youth Mental Health

When 14-year-old Emmanuel ended up in mental health court, it was a result of brandishing a pocket knife when he felt threatened by some neighborhood kids and then stealing a bike. He wasn’t enthusiastic to work with the Youth Experiencing Success team, but his involvement in therapy meant less consequences from the judge.
