CVR MLS and Supra are hosting a Lockbox Exchange, Monday, June 3rd through Friday, June 7th at the Richmond International Raceway Commonwealth Building.

600 East Laburnum Avenue

Below is a copy of the event information packet with all of the details. Please note that if you have purchased lockboxes from other agents, you will need to complete a Transfer form. Also, if you would like to exchange lockboxes for your colleagues at the event, you must complete an Authorization form. Both forms are accessible via links in the information packet below.

The event information packet includes the exchange schedule. If you cannot come at your appointed time, please trade your appointment with another agent.

During the Exchange Period - Important Reminders

During the exchange period, showing instructions may not be accurate. CVR MLS Participants and Subscribers should call before showing to ensure property access is available.

CVR MLS Lockbox Rules and Regulations: The CVR MLS Lockbox rule requiring the SUPRA lockbox serial number to be entered into the SUPRA LB Serial # field, within 3 days of the MLS listing entry date will not be enforced between June 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013. This will provide CVR MLS Participants and Subscribers time to replace the lockboxes on their listings and update the serial numbers in TEMPO. The rule will be reinstated July 1, 2013.
