UC Agreement with Department of Education Office for Civil Rights: The U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has received complaints of discrimination based on actual or perceived shared ancestry pertaining to the UC Davis, UCLA, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara and UC Santa Cruz campuses.
