Stress accumulates in the body. The way we eat, drink, and live has an impact on our well-being. To effectively respond to stress, we need to activate the body's natural relaxation response. We can do this by practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, healing body work and spending time in nature. The practice of deep relaxation provides an opportunity for the body to rest, to heal, and to be restored.

Are you looking for ways to drop the stress from your life?  If so, I hope you will join me at the Incline Recreation Center for the upcoming spring Restorative Yoga series.  See the flyer below for details.

And of course Acupuncture and CranioSacral Therapy are wonderfully effective techniques for clearing stress and activating wellness.  Call me at 775-750-7619 to schedule a session or if you have any questions.

Wishing you peace,

Barbara  Ricotta
